I think I can help. I work with a number of private lending institutions around the country, that specialize in SUPER-JUMBO loans. This is NOT HARD money. I am also not bound by traditional underwriting guidelines (FICO,LTV,DTI....etc). Very competive rates. I need to speak to you, to get more details. Let me know if I can help.
