There is a net branch (processing center) that allows a non-licensed loan officer to originate under another licensed loan officers name. Isnt this illegal? How can both earn a commission on a loan? Especially on a FHA loan in Nevada? Does anyone know the FHA guideline code regarding this (4050 someone told me??)
