Good day
Here is my situation.I own a home inprovement Co.In central NJ.I set up 99% of my customers with financing.I have been using the same broker for the last 20 years, but he is retiring at the end of the month.
I am looking for a replacement for him.
I send you the customers and you handle the rest.I am just looking to get paid for my work [by the customer]
Some of my clents have great credit, some don't.So i need someone that also can get sub prime loans.
I also need a good broker for 2nd mortages. As most of you know HI loans are getting harder and harder to find.I used GE and Key bank, both are out of the HI loan business.
I am using Amerifirst now for my hi loans, but there rates are so high[12%-16%] my customers are not excepting them.
Any NJ brokers interested,if so ..how can i get in touch with you!
Thank you for your time!!

My Company sets up the builder with their own web site and puts much of the power in your hands. We will get on line with the banks you need. If missing from lenders list

I agree. I believe someone set up a group for BO which is more appropriate. I'll have to change it when I have a few minutes. Although conversing with this bunch IS quite an experience.

Well I guess I'm just misinformed, but I would have sworn that there has been legislation regarding the O.P.'s subject specifically in the state of NJ. There are strict governing rules regarding relationships with home improvement contractors and mortgage brokers. I have a call in to NJDBOI just to be sure I'm clear on this & not risking my license by contemplating this. If the guidelines can be met and if this can be done legally, I would be more than happy to assist.

...and we won't even mention the state licensing issues the_mortgage_guy brings to the table....

Sara....I am not sure what you are talking about. I work for a company that allows me to write business in NJ as well as many other states. Where are you peaking or where are you getting your very misinformed info from. I would be concerned about how you gather info, especially if I was a potential client.
