I have a new buyer looking purchasing deal with two condos in CA area; it's amount of approx. 500,000 each with 50% down.
Borrower is looking Line of Credit loan as his first T.D. Just like Smart Fit program in Wells. However, Wells doesn't allows foreign national though.
Anybody knows which lender do this type of loan to foreigner? |

Whats with your thread title? Try having it pertain to the actual question, you may get better responses that way.
