Anyone able to help with this scenario?
709 FICO
FL Inv. Prop
95% LTV
R/T refi
Full Doc
180,000 Loan amount
Borrower originally took out a 15 year and is now struggling with the payment. Needs to get into a 30 year which would save him about 800/month. Total make sense deal, if anyone can get it done.

there's no MI for this deal if in decl mark, and seeing that it's in
FL, probably is ..try amtrust,they may be able to do 80/15 loan for you |
