The owner is the builder and the was recently completed. They have been on time with the construction loan which has a 530k balance. They also want cash out to 570k. This is near Atlanta and this area has some million dollar homes. There's is worth 850 +-.
He is 18 months out of a bk7. The wife is not on the bk. He has a 500 mid score. She has a 610 score, though there are 2 equifax scores and one of them is lower. If she calls equifax and has them merged it will likely lower the score. I have the tax returns on them and they could qualify full doc.
