-Florida
-742 Credit score
-Investment
-duplex
-83% LTV
-Interest Only ARM
-Rate and term Refi
-Full Doc

MI has been eliminated for n/o/o declin mrkt..need to get under
80%ltv or try amtrust they may be able to do sec loan to avoid MI |
