| Which lenders have the best FHA jumbo rates around with the least amount of hit on the points. Many lenders do them but it cost sometimes up to 2 points. Suggestions are very welcome. Thanks. |

| TBW does not have hits for Jumbo if its an ARM program. 1.5 price hit for 30 yr fixed. |
