This would be a C/O refi max ltv 748 mid score SIVA non owner 2 unit already owns 10+ properties
What lenders will do this !

| strange, I've heard they will do more than 10 but Dana will only let us do up to 5 ? who is your rep at Wachovia ? |

| Full Doc its 10+, Stated max is 5. I have a similiar scenario, and have yet to place it. |
