| I'm working with them. Not too bad. Just need to stay up on top of everyting when you are doing a loan. They have a large range of lenders to work with as well as their own banking. Lots of things and programs to help you out. Just need to go out there and get the loans. Heard about Exit Realty or Keller Williams? Think of Sunny Mortgage like that. You can build your own group of LO's and get paid for what they produce. |
