Actually, if someone does know a hedge fund that will do it, they won't share the info with you without making you go through them.

we are hard money lenders who own and manage two hedge funds which are conglomerates of all of our loans. We can do blanket loans.

50-65% LTV, interest rates starts at 12%

I just tried emailing you and got bounced back. Anyway, a good commercial broker is not going to reveal his funding source until after the referring broker signs a broker agreement and has a fee agreement in place with the both referring broker and the client.
