Hi Everyone,
I have a client who is helping his sister purchase a home. They are actually planning on purchasing two homes. The first one he will be a non-occupant co-borrower to help his sister qualify. The second one will be with his wife. My question is: I know FHA will only allow one FHA loan per borrower. Is he disqualified from going FHA with his wife if he is a non-occupant co-borrower with his sister?
Thanks in advance |

| No, he's not disqualified, but you will have to weigh the payment obligation of both properties towards his obligation. |
