Has anyone devised a good approach to selling the current lender on why subordinating is the right thing to do? I have heard some of the lenders that feel they didn't contribute to this mess by not making option loans available are simply stating they won't particapate in the secure loans. this could create a pipe line that doesn't have a high rate of closing.
