I need a lender for a BK chap 13 buy out?
83% LTV
29% DTI
Maryland
O/O
$141,500 loan amount
570 mid (actually only had 2 scores reporting? 570 and 627)
Payments made on time to trustee and to MTG. I have VOM’s to prove both. 16 months clean!

| Steve, you can do this FHA. There are plenty of lenders. Try Flagstar. MD is a tough state to do Ch 13 buyouts. Good luck! |

| Less than 36 months in Ch 13 could force you to payoff original credit balance not trustee balance. |
