I want to know if anyone on this BO, knows of a lender who will legally---- (if all parties document everything and explain it out) can do a purchase transaction after a short sales occured as early as the same day of the sale. Mentioned simultaneous closings which doesn't sit well with me as an ex-senior closer at a bank and compliance person.
I know if the seasoning issues and heard of simultaneous closing tactics and all those additional red flags and lender closing conditions that would necessitate the legality of the transaction in all area with all parties.--------- but there are still short sales going on and investors finding financing for these type of properties probably mostly through hard money investors. Does anyone have a couple lenders or hard money lenders that would consider each transaction on a case by case review in the new england areas especially CT and MA?
any discussion good or bad about this especially where no realtors are involved (this is fsbo--- consumer and thier attorney accepting short sale to sell to investor type of deal ---no MLS or listing or realtors involved mostly distressed pre-foreclosed property owner type of houses from bird dogs per this investment team.
