Retail Direct Lender with delegated underwriting (including DE for FHA) with roughly 10 correspondent conduits, is looking for experienced Loan Officers to expand nationwide.
Closing loans in their own name, with their own money and without showing YSP on the HUD. What sets them apart from other lenders is the following: The advantages of dealing with more than one lender’s guidelines and pricing on every loan…almost like wholesale…they are many lenders in one. Web based application and pricing engine - the most advanced technology in the industry. No paper files. Everything is efaxed or emailed to the processors and underwriters. The operations team is paid by incentives on Funded loans as opposed to just loans that they process or underwrite. Commissions + overrides on referrals + benefits after 90 days (health, dental, vision, 401K plan, etc) A unique downline income stream potential (loan officer referral program) Flexibility to originate, recruit, and manage or all of the above while earning commissions on originations and downline income on people you refer. Don’t have to be a licensed mortgage broker to originate loans because they are a direct lender. There is no territory limitations - expanding nationwide.
Brokers, LOs and AEs aren’t producing because of the constricting guidelines from their wholesale partners. If the broker is not a lender, they can’t go correspondent; don’t have access to originate FHA loans; and are probably looking for another place to hang their license.
