| It seems that last week my phone just started ringing again, i took 10 loan apps last week, it appears that a few other lo's i've talked to have also seen an increase in business recently. How's business for you? |

Things have changed for the better. I guess it depends on what you are marketing for.
I avoid refi's and have been quite busy with purchases. Key is getting them closed. |
