the ltv is 16%. fico is 630. 3 units. SIVA. loan amount is 170k. Have the full package. please let me know whoever can do it.

| Can we do just a regular refi? if so then thats ok too. Well the house is paid off. so they want to get a loan of 170k to renevate the house. so its a cash out refi. and let me correct myself. its a little bit more than 16% ltv. its 25% |
