I just tried working with Chase. They pretty much only want full doc but if you can go full doc, they will lend up to 80% ltv! very reserve driven! Great programs but I need stated! Good luck and let me know if you find anyone doing stated construction in Cali please!! quote:

| Thanks, I never would have thought of Chase. I'l find out tomorrow if deal is Full Doc and will update with new construction lenders as I hear about them. |
