Towne Mortgage is still doing the FHA 203K for brokers.
Has anyone heard of them? |

heard of them but never used 'em. Supposedly they will approve some down and dirty stuff.
I have had them solicit some of my refi clients that currently were serviced by Towne, so beware. |

| Getting ready to send a 203K streamline to them. They will do dpa on the loan as well with 620 cs and DU approval. Other LO's in our company have used them and had decent experience. |
