this is probably a dumb question, but my guy is the president and owner of a publishing company. doesn't claim enough on taxes so we'll have to go stated. he makes the money and accountant called me and said we should be able to just use a statement from accountant about business's finances to go full doc. is that possible? i figured it would contradict what the accountant puts on the tax returns.

This is a standard S/E stated doc w/ a CPA letter. S/E full doc = 1040's and schedules using adjusted gross income on line #37 after deductions. "statement from accountant about business's finances" is not a tax return.

dont listen to people telling you "you should be able to do x"
