I have 2 prime customers (credit scores over 770), both are stated income, but are putting 20% down. I can't seem to get a decent rate. Any good banks out there? Samy |

6 or under with 1.5 back. One loan amount is $320,000 (400K home with 80K down) Other is a Refi, Loan amount is $604,000 in CA.

So you need a Jumbo SISA at 6% paying 1.5? I would suggest getting in your DeLorean going 88 mph and travel back with Doc to 2005. |

| Wow, your dreaming if you think your getting a 6% rate paying 1.5% on a JUMBO SISA right now. Are you one of those newbies that just got into the business? If so, boy did you pick the wrong time. |

With a 770 DU will very likely give you an income waiver. You will need Marty, Doc and a Flux Capacitor for the Jumbo though. |
