I know this is a longshot however I haven't done one of these in quite a while. Is anyone doing 10 or 20% seller carried 2nd's on N/O/O properties? The seller's property is a n/o/o and he want's to sell it to another investor (my borrower) who I work w quite a bit. Because of a divorce my borrower is presently down to 2 properties. -It would be a $100k loan: $80k/1st $20k/2nd (seller carried) -It will also have to be a SIVA/SISA as well -FICO is 697mid |
