I'm sitting going through BO with the Best of Van Halen pumping and "Right Now" came on. Hope this inspires you!

Don't wanna wait til tomorrow,Why put it off another day?
One more walk through problems,
Built up, and stand in our way ,ah
One step ahead, one step behind me
Now you gotta run to get even
Make future plans, don't dream about yesterday, hey
C'mon turn, turn this thing around
Right now, hey
It's your tomorrow
Right now,
C'mon,it's everything
Right now,
Catch a magic moment, do it
Right here and now
It means everything
Miss the beat, you lose the rhythm,
And nothing falls into place, no
Only missed by a fraction,
Slipped a little off your pace, oh,
The more things you get, the more you want,
Just trade in one for the other,
Workin so hard, to make it easier, whoa,
Got to turn, c'mon turn this thing around
Right now, hey
It's your tomorrow
Right now,
C'mon, it's everything
Right now,
Catch that magic moment, do it
Right here and now
It means everything
It's enlightened me, right now
What are you waitin for
Oh, yeah, right now
(Solo)
Right now, hey
It's your tomorrow
Right now,
C'mon, it's everything
Right now,
Catch that magic moment, and do it right,
Right now
Right now, oh, Right now
It's what's happening?
Right here and now
Right now
It's right now
Oh,
Tell me, what are you waiting for

Dreams is also one of my favorite Van Halen tunes.

World turns black and whitePictures in an empty room
Your love starts fallin down
Better change your tune
Reach for the golden ring
Reach for the sky
Baby just spread your wings
Chorus:
We'll get higher and higher straight up we'll climb
We'll get higher and higher leave it all behind
Run, run, run, away
Like a train runnin off the track
The truth gets left behind
And falls between the cracks
Standing on broken dreams
But never losing sight
Spread your wings
Chorus
So baby dry your eyes, save all the tears you've cried
Ohh that's what dreams are made of
Oh baby we belong in a world that must be strong
Ohh that's what dreams are made of
Solo
Chorus
Higher and higher who knows what we'll find
And in the end on dreams we will depend

their 1st album was by far their best. That album came out when I was in high school and I can't tell you how many times I was driving down the road and either Runninng w the Devil, Eruption/You Really Got Me or Ice Cream Man was blasting out of my Pioneer car stereo. Eruption was some of the best guitar work I had heard at the time since Hendrix

VH got all weird and positive when they became Van Hagar. I prefer the juvenille delinquent stuff from DLR.

Sammy was OK. Didn't even bother with Gary Cherone.

Anyone care to wager how many times Eddie goes back to rehab before the end of this tour?

Crazy quote from 2005,
"From an individual perspective, counting home equity as savings is analogous to a gambler counting his chips while still seated at the card table. Having a big stack in front of you means nothing if by the end of the game you're busted.
Peter Schiff Aug. 25th 2005

Or how many people moved their chips to another table? Dang people baffle me.

Just saw them in AC , even at mid 50s Dave still can pull it off , he looked cut , Eddie was much better on Guitar that last year solo effort , re hab has done him good , vocals were a little bit to be desired
