Started my job May 1st. Gave my pipeline to friend to split out at 50%. Gave my database to another broker......
I have not looked at financial markets in over a week. My biz phone forwards to other broker...
Feels kinda good.
Good luck to everyone. |

Do you really want a never ending pipeline of loans that don't close?
OK...maybe that's an exageration...but it was kinda feeling that way. |

| Good luck Paul! East county is brutal and I don't blame you one bit. It could be years before that area recovers if then. What are you doing now? |

Back to the car biz. I spent 18 years in it before the last 7 in mortgage. I took a job as a Sales Manager at a Nissan store. |

| Good Luck to you Paul. My brother is a finance manager at a Nisson Dealer in Fl and in the current market, you will make more money in the car business than you will in the mortgage business these days..... CA is a tough market and I don't blame you for bailing... |

Paul,
Good luck. But sorry to see you go. I will try to keep things alive here in your absence.
Actually, I am seeing some pickup in business at the moment. |

Paul,
I know East County is a wasteland right now. Keep your license current though, if rates can improve there will be refi opportunities. Good luck. |

| All the best to you fellow warrior! Hang on to the license if you could as I believe that it will become increasingly difficult to get licensed ... if brokers are every still needed in the industry. |

Best of luck to you buddy. Self-employ is always hard and there is nothing wrong with 9-5 either.

| Keep that data base close. All those people that can't qualify for homes anymore are still going to need a place to live, and that Nissan Armada is as big as a house anyways. And its mobile! ;) |
