| Need lender that will lend in the Solais and the Emerald in mimai,fl. Many of the lender sites do not have a condo list and would appreciate any assistance available? |

| Are you direct to the developer? If you are and we can get them on a call, I have a lender that I can bring to the table to discuss this possibility. |

I didn't think there were any lenders that would touch a new condo in Miami.
I fact I was hooked up with some guys that were doing well as middle investors for blocks of developer condo dumps. They are out of business now because the end buyers can't funding. |

| There are very very few that will touch condo development deals down here. There are about 120-150,000 either on the market, in foreclosure or are bank owned from Miami to West Palm Beach. |
