One would think so... but we have an FHA prequal that their system is pulling the low score (all 3 ae listed). We sat on hold for 30 minutes waiting for tech support yesterday and ended up giving up.
We had previously had an approval pulling the mid score (620's), changed some minor info (didn' affect dti or ltv) and suddenly it's a refer by pulling the low score (580's) |

| Thats the problem I am having, I pulled credit with credco and had all 3 scores above 600, but when I ran it FHA through TBW 2 scores above 600 and low score comes in at 545..Just wondering what score they will use? |

it's a different CR agency you're looking at. I believe they use Kroll....
as long as the mid score is in place it doesn't matter.

My account rep emailed me with the answer, he said they use the lowest middle score of ALL borrower's

Yeah, that's the standard unless you are talking subprime.
