| I have never done reverse mortgages but have client was curious since he is 71 can he do it even though he owes 100% of its value? thanks in advance |

Common sense? No. LTV must be very very low, like 60% or less.

| You need some training dude! Lender's usually requires training before they give you access to their LOS. Have you done this? |
