Just needed to vent a bit here. Countrywide is requiring me to order a Landsafe field review for a whopping $310.
The reason? Not because they found any comps supporting a lower value. Not because the AVM came in HIGHER than my appraised value. Not because they thought something was wrong with the property. It was because the desk reviewer at Countrywide "did not have access to public records" in that county. Beautiful, isn't it? They should honestly just say that on every appraisal so Countrywide (Landsafe) can line their pockets. |

| Yep. Been there many times. So, if I ever decide to send a loan to them again, I will just order a landsafe appraisal. Asbstards! |
