This is for a property in Tenessee. Borrower is constructing a property that will be worth 2.6 mil when complete. Owes 1.6 on it right now. Is almost complete. Would like to get $200k to complete the project. 700 fico, good personal tax returns and has 200k in reserves. Any ideas?
