DOES ANYONE KNOW WHO'S ABLE TO DO A 4 UNIT PURCHASE AT 90% SIVA?

THE BORROWER IS IS S/E 1099 & FICO IS 797. PROPERTY IS IN NY & THE SALES PRICE IS REALLY LOW, LIKE $85,000.

IF NOT POSSIBLE, PLEASE LET ME KNOW WHAT MAX LTV IS POSSIBLE. DEAL MAY WORK AT 85%.

HELP ME OUT GUYS!!!

LOL NO MI COMPANY THERE ARE BANKS BUT NO MI COMPANYS THATS THE PROBLEM BEEN TRYING ALL DAY FOR A 780 80% STATED PURCHAES SFR WITH 12 MONTHS RESERVES AND AM GETTING LAUGHED AT ALL DAY LONG
