There used to be great pricing on lower LTV's , but have not seen any lately.

Fannie up'd their hits recently. It is suppose to take effect June.

It's a Fannie/Freddie thing..... unless you find someone who has a secondary market investor other than those two, or a portfolio lender (whose par rate is probably higher than an agency lender anyways), you're hitting your head against a brick wall. Good luck
