I am a seasoned and independent loan officer hoping to find a net branching company to work with. I need to find a company that is Federally Chartered and will not rape me on fees or splits. I have been self employed for the past few years and find it increasingly difficult for the small guy to survive in this market. If you have any input or recommendations please respond. Thank you
