I have a client looking to purchase a Prop. The scenario is as follows
SFR O/O Full Doc/Assets 709,000 Purchase 10% Down 690 Fico FL Prop
The MI I already called UG and they would secure it but the issue I'm having is the declining market policy (so I need a lender that will start at 95% ltv) and the loan amount ($683,100). If worst case scenario I can split this into a 80% first and outside 10% but the issue comes again the declining market policy. Any wholesale lenders or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks. |

| Just to clarify this is private funds but not hard money rates...will be around prime on this scenario. |
