My escrow is going out of business.
I'm in Los Angeles. Im looking for a new escrow/title company.
In this market, since things are so tight, I have to pass on the lowest rate to my clients. Anyone know a great place w/ great rates? So far, I've heard good things about cornerstone title. I really like chicago title but their fees are high.

Any chance you would consider opening your escrows in Northernn Calif?
Much cheaper and better service.

| I remember using an escrow company in Northern California for a purchase a few years back. You guys do things differently up there. |

| North Orange County Escrow is FANTASTIC!!!! Contact Kim Santiago, 714-526-5400. I never have any problems with them and they are great to work with. Tell Kim that Gillee referred you for the extra special treatment. :-) |

I hear it varies from office to office. The Carlsbad office has great officers and even better Management from my experience thus far...

Both are fast efficient. I can request and est. hud and get within 1/2 hour. And pull title off the internet.

If Huntington Beach will work for you I have a great Escrow Officer with great rates.

| If you can use them, Old Republic Title in Orinda, CA is the bomb. Call Marilyn, 925-258-0180, tell her Brian sent you. She's a superstar. Rates are SIGNIFICANTLY lower than So. CA title. I just closed a purch. for my buddy in Thousand Oaks, and was astounded at how high the escrow fee was. Good luck. |

| Yep, I'm in SoCal and now use Escrow & Title in NoCal and wish I had done it sooner. Much better rates and service. |

| I wish I could find an escrow company in So Cal who knew what they were doing. One recently messed up my last deal. I won't mention their name, but I will not use them ever. I have yet to find a good escrow company. |

I am telling you the escrow I use is top notch.
Give Linda a call next time you need a SoCAL escrow company.
