Need a good template for tracking loans for my loan officers from beginning to end of a loan (for instance, showing date VOE ordered, then received; showing when disclosures mailed then received, etc.). I know I could probably take a day and prepare one on my own but was wandering if there are any other managers/ LO who have one I can copy or get ideas from. I would like it to be detailed so I can get them to fill one out and give to me daily or weekly. Any suggestions or any templates (spreadsheets) that you feel are good examples.

if your using calyx point and your computers are networked, you
can keep track of the process through there. Its probably not what
your looking for but its something |

| Encompass works great. You can also get an alamode site and have updates published online. |
