I am a licensed mortgage broker in Nevada. I will not be renewing my licnese in June as I am relocating out of state. However, I have several FHA and VA deals I need closed starting next week through July. I would like to work with a net branch as I don't want to go through the process to become FHA Approved when I'm moving anyway and closing up shop.
I thought I had a contact, but she's not calling me back. I have a slight learning curve with FHA and need some initial hand holding. I need a contact that will be on the ball and work with me and get back to me quickly so we can close some deals. I have one that needs to close ASAP - PA is written and done. Anyone interested?
