Yes they do have it a saw the approval. Retial is doing the following in my market.

95% full doc purchase & r\t
90% F&E

They have closed many loans with these programs. It's Really anoying cuz i used to beat them all the time. But not any more :(

I think retail can do what they want at branch level, and usually will just to beat you. They make exceptions at branch level.

NO ONE WILL INSURE 90% ANYMORE ITS ALL DONE WITH STATED ITS NOT THE BANKS ITS THE MI COMPANYS CAUSE WE ARE IN A DECLINING MARKET. THE COUNERTY WIDE LOAN THAT WAS APPROVED MUST HAVE BEEN APROVED BEFORE THE MI THING CAME OUT THOSE FAST AND EASY WERE ALL DONE WITH A 2 WEEKS AGO EVERYONE DROPPED THEM EVEN ICON I ONLY HAVE 2 BANKS LEFT AT 80% AND THATS IT

Are you sure it's a SISA program? Maybe thier file is so strong DU is not asking for income or asset documentation? Could that be?

I hear that BOFA retail is still doing a TON of stated stuff as well. 2nd homes, large acreage....doing all of it!

And if BOFA and CW are going to be one in the same....

Anyone else running into BOFA retail?

I do. BofA and CW have my market owned right now. They are even competing with each other on deals lol. I have never seen such a gap between retail and brokers. It makes me want to go work for retial.

No CW can'nt do income waiver off of du or lp. They can only use F&E.
