| I am looking for private money lenders who can close loans. I have many hard money leads coming in from many different states everyday, and i only have lenders currently in WA, OR, and ID. Let me know if you would be intrested in starting a good business relationship. Thank You, Joseph Belli |

| Yes my brother is John. I have deals that i need to get done right now in IL, and Ohio. Do you know any one who can do these states? |

| I represent Capital Finance. We are a hard money lender in California. We will lend on residential or commercial property in California, up to 65% LTV. Our loans generally range from $50,000 to $3 million, interest only, two year term, no prepayment penalties. Right now we are only doing first trust deeds and we're not doing any raw land. We area a direct lender for both residential( owner/non-owner ) and commercial hard money loans in California.
- no prepayment penalties
- $200K to $20M
- 1sts/2nds - up to 65% LTV
