| A Broker friend had a law suit filed against him from a collection agency for a loan that WMC foreclosed on. The collection agency is trying to recover their losses from the broker on a deal that closed 2 years ago. They are claiming that the broker agreement allows them to colect all losses from the broker, yet they never even notified him that the loan went sideways. Has anybody dealt with the collection agency issue, and how did you address it? |
