What's the max LTV on a lot loan in Philadelphia right off the Delaware River where the casino's are being put up shortly.. The land is 13 Million. Borrower wants to get it now and hold for a couple of years to decide what he is going to do on the land. Maybe build a parking garage, condo's, hes not sure but these are what hes tossing. Anyone out there financing these deals anymore? Max LTV? Even Hard Money maybe.. anything.. im open....
