I'm helping a friend find an opportunity to be a virtual Loan Officer. We would like to find a fed charter opportunity that has FHA....W-2 (as required) is fine and he's not looking for an unfair split (we are realists and don't expect 100% payouts like many of the pipe dreamers on here).

Envision is 100% less flat fee as well as veridian.
