if this is refi r/t try M & I, sorry don't know min fico requirements..if this purchase your only option
is probably to assess credit cards and advise to pay down or off immediately, maybe this will get them up
to 680 by sept/oct..or get ltv just under 95% for MI approval..i must admit i'm a tad curious as why you
don't want FHA |

Max,
Are you able to do a state bond program where you're at? If you're not authorized to sell that product, you may want to look into it. I can go 100% on it where I'm at. |
