| Small c/o lot loan needed in Fl. Property owned free and clear, $35,000 zoned sfr, 635 fico, full doc. Needing around 50/60% ltv. Anyone have a suggestions for direct lender? |

I think hard money is the only way to get cash out on lots anymore. I have a private investor that would do this. Can probably get approval pending appraisal by end of the day.
