Broker is retiring. Actively seeks interested entrepreneur loan originators or corporate interest in purchasing the business trademarked name and web site up and running for 5 years.

Does 4 years 9 months count as 5 years or are you not expecting to have it sold for 90 days

My understanding from having an account with loansinteractive.com is they own the website and contents. You can sell the domain but the buyer would have to pay an annual fee to loansinteractive.com.

www.loansinteractive.com has terrible customer service, has a habit of overbilling their customers and I would not recommend using them.

The guy has not come back to rebut anything. Trademarked names that nobody has ever heard of are not valuable commodities.
