Hi I am looking for a lender I have a purchase loan.
Loan Amount : 910000.00 LTV : 95% purchase full docs condo (4 stories) Owner occupied FICO 720

| You will need 20% down for this deal in my opinion. You have a slim chance of finding 85%, but 95% is impossible. |

You can do an 80/15/5 w/ Amtrust but their 2nd will only go to 90. I don't imagine you'll find a 2nd to go to 95.

Did you see the loan amount? Can Amtrust really do that at that loan amount? |

We're newly signed on w/ them but I ran a similar scenario by them and was told it could be done to 90 w/ them, 95 if I had an out side 2nd. These are their guides from the site:
