It's a bit too busy. I suggest reducing the width of the page. Never make your visitors scroll to the right.

At the bottom of the page, you misspelled FORECLOSURE = you look incompetent.

You asked for feedback, so here it goes, I don't know you personally and this is not ment as a personal attack.

I would say I would never go to it. The problem is I cannot go anywhere unless I sign in. Phone number is a required field, come on. I work in the short sale/foreclosure business and the last thing people want is to have to put in their personal info to yet another person so they can see what they can do to get out of their problem. Allow them some access to the site, have some info up there that they can access, not all that you do, but put up some scenarios of people you have helped, put up something they can access w/out giving you their personal info. I cannot even contact you, you have to contact me, this is not professional at all. In my opinion it looks like someone who has no idea what they are getting into trying to make it in this market.

It honestly looks like someone went to a seminar someone like me gave on how to save someones home but has never done it before and are trying in this "new market".

And Racer, I saw the commercial for the movie yesterday (I watch very little TV) and it did look good.

The design is nice.

My thoughts are:

Are you a law firm? If not, I would change the wording, "...with our law firm", on the site. That would be interpreted to mean that you are a law firm offering legal advice to clients.

If you have a network of attorneys to which you refer clients, that is one thing. The above wording just seems to be a potential problem if your company is not a law firm.

Also, are you sure you want to say, "We will save your home."? (emphasis mine) This seems to me to be a statement that could get you sued if, for any reason, you were not successful in your endeavors with any particular client.

Instead of putting some nice all American family on the front you should put a bunch of broke asses on there. Like one of the **** holes I'm dealing with in Detroit. it's more realistic. HAHA
