That is if you cannot get FHA. If 1x30 longer than 12 months and they have some reserves run FHA 1st.

I'm sorry, but I'm not familiar with this term you're using "Sub....Prime"?

did you try running it DO/DU? you might be able to get it done as an EA1-2 at 75%

classic home financial will do a fha with a fico down to 530

Frm what I have heard this sounds like something Taylor Bean would entertain as an FHA with a good letter of explanation for the 1x30. Running it DU is the best thing to do first. Good luck.

What this person needs is not a loan - it is credit repair. That is where I come in. With a very reasonable upfront fee I can hammer the creditors and get his mess of a credit report cleaned up.

This is an FHA file if its full doc. FHA allows unlimited cosigners so keep getting family memebrs and friends and eventually theyll qualify
