Direct retail lender with delegated underwriting (incl. DE for FHA) with about 10 correspondent conduits, closing loans in their own name, with their own money and without showing YSP on HUD. Virtual office set up, paperless operation, online applications, no broker license needed - just experience, contacts and the desire to go after business. Commissions only, benefits after 90 days (health, dental 401K, vision).
