Don't think that many people will see this in the announcement section, but this is a loan I just submitted to Sun Trust. They said that they only have 1 MI company left that can still do this so if you have anything that fits in those guidelines get it in now.

Also I don't work for sun trust, but I thought this would be something that could help at least one person on here and maybe get me to 1k posts :D |
